We’re hiring people to work for a petition and ballot signature collection in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. It’s paid, hands-on work talking to real people in public places.

If you’ve worked in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or canvassing, you’ll probably be comfortable here. If not, that’s okay — we train people who are willing to learn and show up ready to work.

This job is about approaching strangers at places like grocery stores, DMVs, and community events, explaining an issue clearly, and collecting valid signatures on a petition to ban insider trading. You’ll be working outside, on your feet, up to six days a week.

We cover airfare and lodging (shared hotel rooms). You’ll travel with other staff, work hard during the day, and have your evenings free. It’s straightforward work, but it takes focus, patience, and a good attitude.

Requirements

You must be a Pennsylvania Resident and registered to vote in Pennsylvania

Willing to travel for one to two months

Comfortable sharing a room with another staff member
Reliable cell phone
Valid government ID and ability to pass a background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
Team Leaders must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record
