Company Overview
Momentum Campaigns is a boutique digital fundraising agency based in Washington, D.C. We grow and expand digital operations for Democratic campaigns and organizations to propel fundraising programs forward! We were founded on the idea that strong, strategic multi-channel grassroots fundraising is what propels campaigns to victory, and we’re here to drive that.
Momentum Campaigns is a proud Latinx- and woman-owned and operated firm, bringing a much-needed perspective to the digital campaign space.

Momentum Campaigns offers employees the ability to opt-in to Vision, Dental, and Medical Plans, covering up to 100%! Our baseline medical plan is the Blue Shield/Blue Cross Gold plan, so it is actually a plan you will be glad to have, not a barely-passable tricky silver- or bronze-level plan that some companies offer. We don't ask team members to take time off to go to regular doctor visits or short personal appointments because we want to encourage prioritizing your health!
We offer paid parental leave, and a generous company holiday + PTO policy (happy to answer in more detail if you're interested!).
Most important, though (and this shouldn't have to seem like a company perk), our team members have a sustainable workload and work regular reasonable weekly hours! Feel free to reach out to any one of our team members here and they'll say the same. This is a healthy enjoyable team environment. We work well together, and then sign off at a reasonable time to live our lives.
