At Basecamp Strategy, we’re looking to take our clients – and our company – to a whole new level of success in the 2022 cycle. We’re digital storytellers who help elect Democrats to federal office and make a huge impact on the country by supporting progressive PACs and organizations. Our current clients include Assistant Speaker of the House Katherine Clark, Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon and Congressman Andy Kim, as well as a variety of both long-established and brand new PACs, from Elect Black Women, to ASPIRE PAC and Progressive Majority PAC.
We are looking for people who share our core values of doing good, enjoying the experience of growing rapidly as individuals, and growing our financial strength as an organization to join our team on April 6.
Company History
Founded in 2017, Basecamp Strategy is at the forefront of innovation in the digital fundraising space. We believe that people with good ideas CAN change the world when empowered with the right tools and expertise. Our core values as a company are doing good, enjoying the experience of evolving rapidly, and growing our strength as an organization so that our employees can live meaningful lives. We motivate donors through storytelling, and we’re a team of specialists that’s here to challenge assumptions and figure out what performs the best today, not what worked in 2014, 2016, 2018, or even 2020. Our work demands a lot of us, and we love delivering the best possible results for our clients, because the work of electing Democrats is too important to do it any other way. And because, above all else, we hate doing mediocre work.

Basecamp Strategy Salary Tiers
Fellows: $1,500/month stipend and growing
Team Member: $50,000/year (for up to 6 months)
Strategist: $60,000/year (with significant experience or after six months of above)
Director or Specialist: $70,000/year (with significant experience or after a maximum of 1 year)
Vice President: $80,000/year
Chief ______ Officer: Varied
