- Call Time Manager
Description
John Kulewicz campaign for Ohio Attorney General is hiring a Call Time Manager to join the fundraising team for one of the top 2026 statewide races in Ohio. The Call Time Manager is a mid- level position that will report to the Finance Director and help oversee Candidate and staff call time. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Columbus, Ohio with a target start date in November 2025.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the campaign’s call time program and assist in the execution of fundraising goals in coordination with the Finance Director
- Schedule and staff the candidate during call time, log activity in campaign database, and complete all relevant follow up in a timely manner
- Prepare call lists in advance for call time, including research of donor giving history, contact information, and other relevant information
- Determine call time priorities in coordination with Finance Director
- Track progress of the call time program and produce regular reports for the Finance Director
- Assist with maintenance of the campaign fundraising database
- Assist in the execution and staffing of fundraisers and events
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for the candidate
- Assist with managing Finance Intern program
- Other duties as assigned, based on the needs of the campaign
Compensation
The salary will be $4,000 - $5,000 per month commensurate with experience and full benefits including PTO as needed, health insurance and optional vision and dental insurance. The hourly expectation will fluctuate based on the day to day needs of the campaign, but will be a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 1 year of campaign fundraising experience
- Experience staffing a candidate or principal preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Ohio’s political and donor landscape preferred but not required
- Proficiency with NGP or Campaign Deputy, ActBlue, Pingdex, and Google Suite
- Strong attention to cultivating genuine donor relationships to ensure donors do not feel like a candidate’s ATM
- Ability to take and implement feedback from managers
- Great interpersonal skills, and a positive and thoughtful attitude
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities
- Willingness to work nights or long hours around fundraising filing periods
- Valid driver’s license, reliable access to a personal vehicle, internet, and a cellphone
