Alex Vindman for Florida is seeking an Operations Assistant to assist with the campaign’s operations department.

The Operations Assistant will be tasked with assisting senior members of the Operations Department. We are looking for someone with strong operational skills, attention to detail, who is a responsive, passionate and determined worker willing to match the speed of a Senate campaign, and who has experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires accurate work on tight deadlines. As our Operations Lead will manage a team of people, we are seeking thoughtful and engaged assistants excited about building and maintaining a complex campaign operation.

Requirements

• Campaign or political experience preferred 
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and passion for the work
• Willingness to assist with staging and planning the logistics of trips and multi-city swings through the state of Florida
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort briefing senior staff and the candidate
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to build trust with high-level stakeholders.
• Spanish proficiency or Florida ties is a plus
