Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will work closely with the campaign manager to create and implement the finance plan for the campaign and execute administrative tasks as-needed. The ideal employee is ambitious, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a finance plan that sets specifics benchmarks and metrics that are tracked and reported on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis.
• Manage candidate call time by providing feedback and driving call time to be as efficient and effective as possible.
• Perform administrative duties such as; scheduling, staffing the candidate, capturing content and driving the candidate.
• Other duties as assigned by the campaign manager or candidate.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least one cycle in campaign finance is preferred.
• Experience working with excel or google sheets.
• Exceptional communication skills, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong ability to anticipate the needs of others.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work long and unpredictable hours, especially including evenings and weekends.
• Must be located in Houston or have the ability to relocate to the area.
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
