Description

Ripple Effect Strategies is a new Democratic finance consulting firm seeking to hire multiple deputy finance directors for competitive congressional campaigns. The deputy finance director will be responsible for managing all call time for the congressional client. They will also be responsible for managing a limited number of events.

The position will pay $4,000/month plus a $250 healthcare stipend. Relocation may be required for this position. However, it is possible that the position could be fully remote as well. Whether in-person or remote work varies by campaign the firm is hiring for. 

In addition to the salary above, the Deputy will receive bonuses if they refer any new client to the firm that the firm eventually signs on. 

Responsibilities include:

• Call Time management 
• Donor research
• Donor follow-up 
• Data and document management
• Event management

A minimum of one campaign of finance experience, either as an intern or paid staffer.
