The Sr Compliance Associate is responsible for reviewing the daily receipt and disbursement processing for a specific portfolio of clients, preparing FEC reports, and contribution follow up as required. This position reports to a Compliance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Review and record incoming contributions and prepare them for import or bank deposit, while ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Record client disbursements in database
Assist with updating of QuickBooks software.
Develop relationships with campaign staff and assist in tracking financial activity
Assist Compliance Manager with FEC report preparation and review Assist with administrative duties to include scanning, electronic filing and bank and post office runs Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with clients and office colleagues Proficiency with Excel, Word, and file storage application, and knowledge of and/or experience with use of database software. Experience with NGP compliance software a plus
1-2 years of experience in a campaign, financial or data environment

The office operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring some days in the office and some days working from home.
