Position Overview
MFStrategies is seeking an entrepreneurial political professional who’s goal is to scale their impact. The Senior Strategist role is ideal for experienced fundraisers, campaign managers, or strategic advisors who want to leverage our firm’s platform to expand their client base and income potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Management: Leverage existing relationships and the firm’s inbound client prospects to build a client portfolio. Cultivate long-term relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Lead and implement client work based on your domain expertise.
Collaboration: Work closely with MFStrategies' team members to share insights, strategies, and support, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and contribute to the firm's overall business development efforts.
Compensation
- Estimated on target earnings $79,200-$100,000+
60% revenue share, increasing incrementally to 90% with portfolio strength
(Calculated based on an $11,000 monthly revenue goal, 100% - 125% of on target earnings.) - Open PTO policy

Select applicants will be contacted on a rolling basis for an initial interview.
Second-Round Interview
Candidates selected for a second-round interview will be asked to submit:
- Three professional references
- A sample strategic plan for their area of expertise (finance, campaign management, communications, etc.).
- A proposed portfolio that could hypothetically be signed within 30 days of starting.
Further details will be provided on selection. The second-round interview will focus on review of these documents.
Final Candidate Selection
Multiple candidates may receive offers on a rolling basis. Successful candidate(s) will be chosen from second-round applicants.
Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Application and Interview Process
If an applicant wants to leverage AI in their application, we encourage them to do so.
All AI content should be reviewed by the applicant for accuracy and for adherence to the applicant’s intent. The applicant is solely responsible for all AI generated content submitted as part of their application and will be held responsible for inaccuracy or errors. Explicit disclosure of AI use is not required.
All applications will be reviewed by a human and final decisions will be made by firm CEO Marty Santalucia. AI may be leveraged during various stage of the interview process to speed decision making. These uses of AI may include (but may not be limited to) note taking, transcribing, and analyzing applications.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of three full cycles, with a specialization in fundraising, campaign management, or political strategy. Proven ability to attract and manage clients is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of NGP, Votebuilder, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, Canva, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is required. Familiarity with coding languages, specifically Python, is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated to build and maintain a strong client portfolio.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working in a distributed team while working closely with other team members to share knowledge and support collective goals.
