Role Summary
We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and proactive Geopolitical Analyst to join our global remote team. This is a long-term, part-time position designed for professionals who excel in a flexible, project-based environment. The role offers complete autonomy—free from time zones or location constraints. Job Description: Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be at the forefront of analyzing global events and their implications for our clients. Your core duties will include:
- Research & Analysis: Conducting in-depth, primary research on global geopolitical trends, regional conflicts, and international relations dynamics.
- Situational Monitoring: Continuously tracking political, economic, and security developments in key global hotspots.
- Threat Intelligence: Identifying and assessing emerging threats, including political instability, economic sanctions, and regulatory changes.
- Client Reporting: Authoring concise, insightful, and timely reports, briefings, and risk assessments tailored to the needs of private sector clients.
- Global Collaboration: Working seamlessly within a distributed global team to share intelligence and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively presenting your findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Must have a bachelor's degree or above in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, Economics or related fields.
- Core Experience: Have experience in geopolitical analysis, political risk consulting, international relations, public administration or related fields.
- Regional Expertise: Have a solid and clear understanding of at least one key geopolitical region (such as the Indo-Pacific region, the Middle East region, Eastern Europe region).
- Analytical Skills: Possess excellent research, analysis and critical thinking abilities, and have the ability to integrate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Be able to write clearly and accurately and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
- Self-Independence and Teamwork: Possess an enterprising spirit and be able to work independently in a remote environment, while also being a cooperative and reliable team member.
