- Data and Client Success Manager
Description
The Data and Client Success Manager supports day-to-day data operations and sales fulfillment for a growing, fully remote team. The ideal candidate is both technical and sales-oriented. This role offers some flexibility: a more technical candidate will focus on coding and data systems (using Python, AWS, R), while a more sales-oriented candidate will focus on client outreach, order fulfillment, and business development.
You’ll collaborate closely with a technical team that can potentially provide front-end support (a user interface) as needed. The role is highly collaborative and involves regular communication with clients and internal teams. Experience or familiarity with Democratic politics is a plus.

Duties and responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Fulfill customer orders and maintain data accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy when dealing with clients
- Coordinate effectively with teammates
Technical-focused Responsibilities
- Use Python, R, and AWS to automate and optimize data processes
- Troubleshoot data quality or process issues
Sales-focused Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential new clients and business opportunities
- Develop sales initiatives and implement retention/ reengagement practices
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Familiarity with or ability to learn QuickBooks and HelloSign
- Knowledge or experience in Democratic politics is preferred
